The watch is almost as perfect as an authentic Rolex. Upon receiving the watch I wore it for approximately 60 days and the band broke. I contacted Customer Service immediately and they shipped a new band within 2 weeks at no charge to me. The replacement band was slightly to large where it meets the watch. A local Jeweler filed it down slightly and, now the new band fits and looks great. $10.70 for filing.
