I just received my Rolex DEEPSEA. It looks and feels like the real thing!!!! I took it to my local jeweler to have it sized and there was no comment about it not being the real Rolex. Upon receiving the watch, it didn't work. I was in contact with Customer Service for a few days on what my options were to get the watch working. They suggested I take it to a watch repair shop. I was apprehensive about this at first but I did. The watch repair shop got it working so I'm happy now. It's a beautiful watch.
